We are a well-established Exercise Physiology clinic in Townsville, North Queensland, specialising in neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and complex chronic conditions.

We operate Townsville’s largest and best-equipped rehabilitation clinic, featuring industry-leading rehabilitation and strength equipment purpose-built for complex neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Due to strong demand and business growth, we are excited to introduce physiotherapy into our clinic for the first time. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role where you will shape, establish and grow a physiotherapy service within an existing, respected allied health business.

The Opportunity

This is a career-defining role for a Physiotherapist ready to take ownership and grow into leadership.

You will:

• Build and fill your own clinical caseload

• Be involved in developing our physiotherapy program

• Utilise industry-leading rehab equipment to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Work within a multidisciplinary team

• Be mentored and develop advanced neurological physiotherapy skills

• Progress into a Lead Physiotherapist role, mentoring physiotherapists as demand grows

About You

You are:

• A strong musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

• Motivated by autonomy, progression and leadership

• Interested in expanding into neurological rehabilitation

• Confident working independently while collaborating in a team

• Excited by the challenge of building a service from the ground up

👉 Experience in neuro rehabilitation is not essential — genuine interest and willingness to learn is.
